historic charm

free refreshment friendly staff great breakfast

the reception area offers coffee, tea, water, and fruit all day. the staff was friendly upon check in. i found the breakfast had many options for different tastes. the bed and linens were Wonderfull.

the bathroom was very small. the shower only had sliding doors with old seals, so the entire small bathroom became wet after each shower. no slippers Were available.

the room featured high ceilings and antique furniture. modern amenities Were available in the room. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well. the room faced the street and was surprisingly quiet.

The breakfast offered many choices. I enjoyed the glassed-in area. The location is convenient near the central station. The hotel provides discounted parking at Nordbyn shopping center.

The room lacked cleaning service on some days during the summer. This was inconvenient. It.

central location polite staff dark colors no privacy

the LOCATION was very central. it was close to the train station. breakfast was good and provided a great start to my day. the staff was polite and always tried to help.

the room seemed a little dark. it had dark colors. the window faced an interior light well, i seemed like there was no privacy. i had to keep the drapes closed.

really good details friendly staff breakfast options quiet room

I appreciated the really good details and care evident throughout the premises. the reception area provided complimentary coffee, tea, water, and fruit. I consider this a significant, cute touch. the staff was friendly at check-in. very helpful. breakfast was great, presenting so many options for dining spots to start the day. the room was wonderful, facing the street side, and proved quiet.

My bathroom was very small, and it lacked a proper shower. There were sliding doors with seals. this caused the entire small bathroom to flood after each shower for hours. i slipped on the floor, i found this quite inconvenient.

air conditioning dated decor

the absence of air conditioning was a PROBLEM. my room became uncomfortably warm. also, the decor felt somewhat DATED. it could use a refresh to feel more modern and inviting because frankly, the ambiance was stifling.
